Shipping and Delivery

We offer a $300 shipping credit toward your delivery within the continental U.S. This credit will automatically be applied to your order. Any shipping costs beyond $300 will be the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout or invoiced prior to shipment.

Please note: standard freight service provides curbside drop-off only. The carrier will deliver to the nearest accessible point outside your home or building, but they do not bring the piece inside.

Because each console is solid teak root and can weigh over 200 lbs, we recommend arranging help for placement inside your home.

White glove delivery (inside placement and setup) is available upon request for an additional fee — please contact us for details before purchasing.

Local pickup and discounted local delivery are available in the DMV and surrounding areas — message us for options.

Return Policy

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Primal Teak piece! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To keep things fair, here’s how our return process works:

Return shipping: The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
Shipping credit reimbursement: The $300 shipping credit applied to your order will be deducted from your refund.
Restocking fee: A $150 restocking fee will also apply to cover handling and re-listing.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please document it with time-stamped photos or video within 4 hours of delivery and email us immediately. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Final Sale Items

Custom orders, clearance items, and discounted showroom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
